Busy Bee Package
Two visits per week on a Mon/Th or Tu/Fr schedule (Busy Bees schedules stay consistent every week, so you can plan ahead)
Twice a week, I will plan, shop, and prepare meals for you to enjoy and leave your kitchen spotless
Each visit, I will prepare 6 dishes for you to mix-and-match for 3-4 meals
For Busy Bees, you will get freshly prepared dishes twice per week
Choose what you want each week from my recipe database OR you can leave it to me — simply give me some parameters such as dietary requirements or preferences, and I can design and tailor menus to meet your needs
Serving sizes are adjustable based on family size and appetite
Small: Two People
Medium: Four People or Two Active/Hungry People
Large: Six People or Four Active/Hungry People

Helping Hand Package
One visit per week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday

Both packages include an initial consultation to go over client preferences for menus, healthy goals, and scheduling logistics.
